HOw do I schedule a tour at auburn Oaks?

how many guests can the venue accomodate?

The Clubhouse fire code can hold up to 300 guests on the inside of the venue, but you can fit 200-230 seated comfortably with all of the other weddings items (catering tables, cake table, stage, dance floor, etc) in the clubhouse.


what vendors are included?

Auburn Oaks Farm tables and chairs for ceremony and reception are included within the wedding package. However, you are responsible for providing all other desired resources from outside wedding vendors, such as decor, catering, planning, DJ/Band services, florist, photographers, videographers, and rentals, etc. All vendors must be approved by Auburn Oaks Farm and must carry a valid business license and insurance.

We do have a recommended vendor list that we can provide if you book with us to assist with the planning process!


which wedding vendors are required?

We do require you to use Premium Pours Bartending services if alcohol is planning on being served during reception, as well as a licensed and insured wedding planner or day-of-wedding coordinator.


Is a ceremony rehearsal included in the wedding package?

Yes, we do include a one hour rehearsal time on the ceremony Greenspace within your wedding package.


Is lodging available on site?

Yes, we have two houses, the Main House (sleeps up to 14 guests) and the Lodge House (sleeps up to 12 guests), that are available for lodging!


Do you allow photography sessions on property?

Yes! We welcome our booked clients to hold their engagement or bridal photo sessions on our property. Please schedule these ahead of time. Professional photographers looking for a unique setting for an unrelated session are encouraged to contact us for pricing.


CAN GUESTS LEAVE THEIR CAR AT AUBURN OAKS FARM OVERNIGHT?

Yes, they can. They will be able to pick it up the following business day during our operating business hours.

 

DOES YOUR VENUE OFFER A RAIN PLAN?

Yes, we do! We can discuss what that will look like when you tour with us.

 

dO YOU ALLOW GLASSWARE?

For any alcohol, it must be served in acrylic or plastic. Goblets are permitted if they will contain non-alcoholic drinks. Fine china is permitted, too.

 

can i have lit candles in the clubhouse?

Yes, you can as long as they are in hurricane vases (the glass cylinders).
